This Privacy Policy applies to Soundbug version 2.x (the “App”), available on the Apple App Store, developed by Boom Audio Technologies (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This App does not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal data or information from its users.

We do not collect any data from you. This includes:

4. iCloud and On-Device Storage
Any data you create or save within the App is stored locally on your device only. If the App offers iCloud sync, your data is stored in your own personal iCloud account and is subject to Apple’s iCloud Terms and Conditions. We never have access to your iCloud data.

6. Children’s Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Because no data collection occurs, the App is compatible with Apple’s requirements for apps accessible to children.
